How it works
One file or twelve. PDFs, scans, or a photo taken on your phone at the kitchen table.
Every detected row with a confidence score. Uncertain rows are flagged in pink — fix, delete, or confirm.
Income, cost of goods, operating expenses and net profit, ready to export or send to your accountant.
Photograph or scan them. BizAxcess detects that there is no text layer, renders the page, and runs OCR to recover the rows — the import is badged 'Scanned — OCR applied'.
Nothing is saved until you press Confirm. The review screen lets you edit the date, description, amount and money-in/out direction of every row, or delete it.
Duplicate rows — same date, amount and description — are flagged before import so you can skip them or bring them in anyway.
Every statement, transaction, category and rule is stored against your own account and is only visible when you're logged in.
